I am here to help people realize they need to deal with their mental health, and not only because it will be crucial for your survival, but also how it will be the key to success in our future with AI.
I hope to speak to both the very realistic, logical, numbers-driven people, who may think feelings aren’t real, as well as the highly sensitive people, who don’t know how to cope in a world that doesn’t understand them.
At the end I will give you a clear map on how to raise your emotional intelligence, along with many practical tools to help you get started with your journey as soon as you’re done reading - even if you’ve tried traditional therapy in the past before and haven’t had success - trust me, I’ve been there.
